EDP Program

Start or Grow Your Business With Confidence

The Rural Alberta Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program (EDP) is an online free, confidential initiative that helps individuals in rural Alberta start, grow, or maintain a small business when they experience a disability, long-term health condition, neurodivergence, or another health-related barrier.

Delivered by the Community Futures Network of Alberta and funded by PrairiesCan, Government of Canada, the program is designed to make entrepreneurship more inclusive and accessible — no matter your starting point.

If you live outside Edmonton or Calgary and have a self-declared health barrier that affects your ability to build or run a business, EDP is here to support you.

Community Futures believes that entrepreneurship should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we’re here — to help you explore your business goals, embrace your strengths, and build a path to success on your own terms.

Contact us today or visit cfaedp.ca to learn more about the EDP program.
