Sam, the chef, is Red Seal Certified with 20+ years of culinary experience. He has been involved with many local Farm to Table dining experiences partnering with Season & Supply and has a true passion for thinking outside of the box when it comes to plating and menu planning.
Lieke holds a Bachelor of Management degree and has a career in banking. While Sam is the master in the kitchen, Lieke is the one that masters all the behind the scenes tasks that keep their family and business going.
